Sometimes, the best things in life are created out of necessity ~ and a little love!
Chickies was inspired through my personal wellness journey. After facing some health challenges, it became essential to discover ways to nourish myself from the inside out – with real food.
Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated – it just has to be intentional. I began experimenting in the kitchen, adding simple, real ingredients to my original recipe (PB Double C). I discovered the joy in creating new recipes and I began sharing with friends and family – who love it just as much as I do and don’t let me forget it ✳(thank you for the support, inspiration and constant requests)✳
What began as part of my healing turned into something I couldn’t wait to share. Taking care of yourself should feel good – and taste even better!
